Duties & Responsibilities

• Processing of all orders on the system timeously and accurately.
• Controlling the progress of all sales enquiries through to a successful sale.
• Attending to walk-in, telephonic and other sales enquiries timeously.
• Providing an effective arm to the external sales representative.
• Compliance with all company processes and policies and ensuring these are followed correctly.
• Shouldering the responsibility of accurate order input.
• Managing & controlling the progress of sales enquiries through to a successful sale
• Controlling all aspects of customer relationship management to your respective portfolio and maintaining sound relationships with existing clients.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum academic qualification: Grade 12
• Qualifications as an added advantage: Sales and marketingqualification
• Professional registration: advantageous
• General work experience (years): 2 years sales experience.
• Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): 2 years in Steel /Roofing organisation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R9,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
