Matric, drivers license & own transport essential

Excellent communication skills & well groomed

Strong computer skillsAn all rounder who can multi task

Deadline orientated and solution driven

Well spoken with good communication in English and Afrikaans


DUTIES:

Managing all the office duties

Dealing with clients in office and telephonically

Managing enquiries and solving queries

Generating all administration duties and tasks on hand

Managing the filing system and ensuring all data lists are updated timeously

Assisting the Manager with any errands or deliveries that are required

Follow up on service providers that all work is completed

Assist the manager with all secreterial duties required

Ensure all correspondence is typed accurately and responded to accordingly


Salary: R12 - R14000 dependent on experience
