Position Overview: As the Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages to guests, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards are upheld. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented bartender to showcase their mixology skills and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction with their beverage choices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment, glassware, and supplies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and bar supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Adhere to all relevant safety, health, and hygiene regulations, including responsible service of alcohol practices.
  • Collaborate with other members of the hospitality team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide support during special events and functions, including setting up and dismantling the bar area as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, lodge, or upscale establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including mixing cocktails and pouring wines.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
