PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To effectively record customer calls and timeous response to customer queries. Accurate completion of job cards, costing and closing thereof.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure all Service calls are attended to and accurately logged.

· Ensure job cards are opened for all customer calls.

· Accurate capturing and completion of all job cards, system, and manual.

· Continuous follow up on open job cards and obtaining of outstanding information.

· Ensure spares is transferred to correct technician for costing.

· Ensure warranty equipment is clearly marked and credit is passed where required.

· Ensure Technician hours, labour rates and travelling time is accurately recorded.

· Accurate and timeous completion of all Work Estimates.

· Constant follow up on work estimates and follow through.

· Ensure that spares are available for repairs. Timeous ordering of spares and follow up on outstanding orders.

· Any reports as and when required.

· Managing of Technicians and Service schedule

  • Do all Service Quotations and update reports with info.
  • Update of White Board withs spares status etc.
  • Tracking Technician Timesheets
  • Logging of job call on the system and follow through on it.
  • Job Card processing, Warranty claims processing, ordering of stock, stock and spares management, quotes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

· Syspro experience

· Good planning and organizing skills.

· Team orientated.

· Ability to function under pressure.

· Attention to detail. Must have previous service job card processing experience.

· Very good in excel in doing reports and spreadsheets.

· Be able to multitask.

· Able to work under pressure.

· Very good in systems etc..

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R14 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month
