This job will be with a global online dermatological clinic dedicated to the establishment of a global online dermatology clinic whose primary goal is ensuring that highly effective dermatological treatments are readily available.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join us in our mission of expanding access to dermatology services for everyone.

Responsibilities:

• Growth Executer: Implementing out-of-the-box initiatives to drive rapid patient growth across various online and offline channels.
• Data Wizard: Dive into analytics to uncover actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and relentlessly improve conversion rates.
• Partnership Pro: Identify, forge, and manage marketing partnerships that extend our reach and accelerate growth.
• CRM Champion: Develop and manage CRM strategies that nurture leads, drive engagement,

and increase patient loyalty.

• Experimental Mindset: Pragmatically conceptualize and run acquisition tests, continuously

seeking new avenues for growth.

Requirements:

• Proven Growth Track Record: You have a demonstrable history of successful growth marketing campaigns, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Analytical Edge: You are highly data-driven, translating metrics into tangible growth strategies.
• Creative Spark: You're bursting with unconventional ideas and have a knack for finding

non-obvious channels and angles along the customer journey pre purchase.

• Relentless Drive: You are results-oriented, with a passionate, experimental approach.
